Are the books really personalized?

Yes! Every book is handpicked by one of our booksellers based on the questionnaire you (or your recipient) completes. We use your favorite genres, recent reads, and reading goals to guide our choices.

When does my subscription start?

Your subscription only activates once you or your recipient completes the questionnaire. That way, we don’t send anything until we know what you’ll genuinely enjoy.

What if I receive a book I already own?

If you receive a book you already have, you’re welcome to return it and we’ll swap it for a new one.

Do you offer a kids’ subscription?

We don’t have a kids’ subscription yet, but there is one in the works. Stay tuned or sign up for our newsletter below to be the first to hear when it launches.
